We offer you two choices in selection of personnel:
Direct employment:
We select as a minimum two candidates who will be presented to you, whereupon you will decide which candidate is the most suitable.
We can offer you 3 months warranty on this form of employment. (read more)
“Try and hire”:
This kind of employment will involve a period of 3 months on a temporary basis, after which you will have the opportunity to test the candidate before a possible permanent employment.
At the end of the 3 months of temporary employment you will be able to employ the candidate without any further cost.
There will no guarantee in our “try and hire” concept after termination of the temporary period, however it will possible to replace the candidate, if he/she does not live up to your expectations or demands during the temporary period.
